MUMBAI: Team India skipper Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma, who were recently blessed with a baby girl, took to the social media on Monday to reveal the name of their daughter. Sharing the first-ever picture featuring their newborn, the couple announced that they have named their daughter “Vamika”. Virat and Anushka were blessed with a baby girl on 11 January 2021. Anushka took to Instagram to post an adorable family picture and spoke about her experience of being a mother. She wrote, “We have lived together with love, presence, and gratitude as a way of life but this little one, Vamika has taken it to a whole new level! Tears, laughter, worry, bliss—emotions that have been experienced in a span of minutes sometimes! Sleep is elusive but our hearts are SO full. Thanking you all for your wishes, prayers, and good energy.” Virat Kohli posted an adorable comment on the picture. The cricketer wrote, “My whole world in one frame.” The couple has requested the paparazzi to not click the baby pictures and even sent out personalised gift hampers. Meanwhile, actor-comedian Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath become parents to a baby boy. Kapil took to Twitter and wrote, “Namaskaar. We are blessed with a baby boy this early morning. By the grace of God, baby n mother both r fine. Thank you so much for all the love, blessings n prayers.”
