Nutritionists Take on the Viral Transformation

Curiosity has sparked in the minds about whether this method is healthy or not. Consultant Nutritionist Rupali Datta said the mans approach—steering clear of crash dieting—was commendable. If he has been able to achieve his health goals while enjoying food, that’s positive. Sustainability is the key,” she said.

However, Datta warned of the protein intake, pointing out that “the amount of protein he is consuming isnt good for the long term. She added that weight loss should always be gradual and goal-oriented; at least, she would advocate for 500 grams to 1 kg in one week.
