Japan’s Ambassador to India and Bhutan, Keiichi Ono, left the internet in awe. He posted a photo of himself relishing Bihar’s famous dish, Litti Chokha.” He is on an outing in the state now, and Ono posted on X (previously Twitter) on Monday about the experience. He referred to the delicacy, ”world-famous” and proclaimed it in Bhojpuri, ”Gajab swad ba” which means “Great taste.””

In the photograph, he is seen smilingly relishing the dish. He had captioned the image, which said, ‘Namaste, Bihar!
