Internet Calls Out Gaurav Taneja for ‘Publicity Stunt’ in Karwa Chauth Halwa Video with Ritu Rathee

YouTuber Gaurav Taneja, known as Flying Beast, recently posted a video on Instagram where he celebrated Karwa Chauth with his wife, Ritu Rathee, amidst ongoing divorce rumors.

In the video, Taneja explained that he waited for Rathee’s late-night flight to land so they could mark the occasion together. He showcased himself preparing her favorite halwa, and the couple performed traditional rituals, with Ritu touching her husband’s feet.

The video gained traction just a day after Taneja shared Instagram stories of Ritu and their daughters, Kiara and Pihu, adorned with mehendi. He also posted a clip of Ritu having mehendi applied, playfully captioning it, “Apna Apna Naam dhoond lena bhai please zaroor se… apni wali ke haath mein.”

Despite appearing affectionate in the video, viewers were skeptical. One user commented, “Everyone knows it was a publicity stunt,” while another inquired, “Next publicity stunt kya socha hai?” A third user remarked, “Maan lia nhi tha PR stunt to hr reel me ab ritu ritu dikha ke kyu views le rhe ho.”

The couple has been at the center of rumors about their separation after Ritu was seen seeking spiritual advice from Premanand Govind Sharan regarding concerns about infidelity and custody of their daughters. In response to the swirling speculation, both Gaurav Taneja and Ritu Rathee have denied any split. Taneja addressed the rumors, emphasizing that every couple faces challenges at times.

“To everyone reading this, your parents must have also gone through tough times in their marriage and might not have even disclosed it to you (immediate family). The message is clear, jab tumhare maa baap ne tumhe apne relation mein nahi ghusaya, to please hum kaise ghusaye,” he stated in a post featuring a photo of him and Ritu in a car.
