C.I.D., an Indian drama that aired from 1998 to 2018, was a significant part of many people’s childhoods. The show, centered around characters ACP Pradyuman (played by Shivaji Satam), Daya (played by Dayanand Shetty), and Abhijeet (performed by Aditya Srivastava), depicted their efforts in solving complex criminal cases and delivering justice.

Although the drama concluded in 2018, it remains fondly remembered by fans. Thus, when an e-commerce beauty platform featured ACP Pradyuman and Daya in their latest advertisement, it quickly went viral. The ad shows ACP Pradyuman and Daya sitting with a stack of files, seemingly cases.

As the video progresses, the duo is seen solving cases of acne, pimples, and other skin issues. The clip includes the popular dialogues the two characters used during the show. Additionally, at one point, Daya leaps into action to “break” a door.
