The water level of the Saryu River in Ayodhya is surging rapidly due to continuous heavy rainfall. Reports indicate that the relentless downpour in the hilly regions has also caused the Ganga River in Kanpur to rise at an alarming rate.

In Kanpur, the Ganga River’s water level is increasing by more than 20 cm daily. Currently, the water level at the Barrage point has reached 113.08 meters, marking a rise of 70 cm over the past five days. The situation remains critical, and authorities are closely monitoring the water levels to manage potential flooding and ensure the safety of the residents in the affected areas.
