Vasundhara Raje Scindia, the National Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and former Chief Minister of Rajasthan, addressed a massive public rally on Tuesday in Babanagari to energise BJP party workers and reaffirm their commitment to bring back Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the upcoming 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The rally marks the initiation of preparations for the crucial elections in Devghar, Jharkhand.
The BJP has launched a comprehensive mass outreach campaign to commemorate the completion of 9 years of the Modi government at the centre. This campaign, which commenced on May 30, aims to strengthen and expand the party’s reach among the masses. In her address, Vasundhara Raje Scindia emphasized the need for party workers to effectively communicate the achievements of the Modi government’s 9 years of dedicated service and good governance to the people.
Highlighting the contrasting priorities of the Congress and the Jharkhand government, Raje Scindia accused them of focusing solely on looting the nation, while underlining the international recognition of the development initiatives undertaken by the Modi government.
She further criticised the Hemant Soren-led government in Jharkhand, citing rampant corruption and the imprisonment of several officials associated with the government. Raje Scindia urged BJP workers to work tirelessly day and night to ensure that all Lok Sabha seats in the resource-rich state of Jharkhand come under the BJP’s fold. Prior to the rally, Vasundhara Raje Scindia received a grand welcome upon her arrival at Devghar Airport. She was accompanied by prominent party leaders including Nishikant Dubey, the Member of Parliament from Godda, Narayan Das, the Devghar MLA and party district president, Randhir Singh, the Sarath MLA, Amit Mandal, the Godda MLA, and a large number of enthusiastic party workers.
With the BJP gearing up for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections, the public rally addressed by Vasundhara Raje Scindia in Babanagari served as a significant platform to boost the spirits of party workers and rally their support in conveying the achievements of the Modi government to the people of Jharkhand.
