Actor Varun Dhawan, who is currently promoting his upcoming film Baby John, had the opportunity to meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah during his visit to Delhi. Varun shared a picture of the meeting on his Instagram, expressing his excitement. He wrote, “Inke Saamne Toh Hum Sab ‘Baby’ Hai. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the Honorable Home Minister amitshah ji in Delhi.”
Baby John is an adaptation of the 2016 Tamil film Their, directed by Atlee and starring Vijay and Samantha Ruth Prabhu. The film’s trailer, released earlier this month, showcases Varun Dhawan in various roles, including a police officer, father, and romantic lead. The trailer also features Jackie Shroff as the antagonist and Wamiqa Gabbi in a significant role.
The trailer of Baby John ends with a surprise cameo by Salman Khan. Although his face is covered with a black cloth, his eyes leave a lasting impact. Salman also wishes the audience a “Merry Christmas” in advance.
Baby John is produced by Murad Khetani, Priya Atlee, and Jyoti Deshpande. Directed by A. Kaleeswaran and presented by Atlee, the film is set to release on December 25.
