US Under Secretary Uzra Zeya, responsible for Civilian Security and Human Rights, was in the capital for three days. She met with Foreign Secretary Vinay Kwatra at the South Block on Monday. After her meeting with the Foreign Secretary, she tweeted a picture of the South Block building next to a ground flooded with rainwater.
