Ahead of the US elections 2024, democrat voters have recently urged President Joe Biden to leave the race via 30-second video. Emphasizing, ‘ Potus’ must leave the race to ‘save democracy.’
Meanwhile, recently, a campaign was launched under the name ‘Pass the Torch Joe.’ Under this campaign, the best or most suitable democrat candidate is being sought to defeat republican nominee Donald Trump. Who it believes, is an ‘existential threat.’
As per the group, a strong ticket is needed to increase the chances of beating him. Thus, a video was shared in X, in which seven individuals, each of them lauding Biden, requested him to leave the race. So that, the chances of Democratic party defeating Donald trump can be increased.

In this video, the democratic voters were hailing biden for saving democracy in 2020, however, they announced, that it is now time for him to ‘pass a torch’ and select a new nominee.
Moreover, they need a candidate, who brings ‘new energy and hope.’ In addition, the candidate makes sure, that Donald trump doesn’t enter the white house.
Continuing the speech, they asserted, that the country’s future is in his hands and thus, be a leader and ‘pass the torch.’
Later when the video concludes, people collectively said ‘pass the torch and raised the sign with the message.
Currently, the video has managed to get 135.7k views and around 1,000 likes.
Reacting to this video one netizen said ‘Good ad but rather than pick a new nominee it should have said, let Kamala step up. Joe has the chance to pass this torch to our first woman President. Now that’s a legacy.’
Another giving similar opinion said, ‘Pass the torch and apologize for putting us in this mess.’
Earlier on Thursday, CBS news citing two anonymous white house democrats, revealed, that biden might give up on the 2024 presidential race on weekend.
However, on Friday, Biden’s campaign team declared, that Biden will indeed contest as democrat nominee.
