Upbeat from the historic run chase against Chennai Super Kings in their previous encounter, Mumbai Indians will face struggling Sunrisers Hyderabad in their next IPL 2021 encounter at Arun Jaitley Stadium today. When these two teams met each other last time, Mumbai Indians won the match by a margin of 13 runs in a low scoring thriller. It was SRH’s disappointing batting that let them down as they failed to chase down the target of 151 and were folded for 137.

The Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) side has managed to win just a single match out of the 7 that they have played thus far, and are occupying the last place in the points table. In their previous encounter, the Rajasthan Royals (RR) side thrashed them by 55 runs. Even though the captaincy duties for the SRH side changed hands from David Warner to Kane Williamson, their fortunes did not change.

On the other hand, the Mumbai Indians (MI) will enter the match with a lot of confidence. They pulled off a miraculous victory against the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) side and chased down a target of 219 runs off the final delivery. And surely, the Rohit Sharma-led side will start as the favorites in the battle between these two sides on 4th May 2021.
