On the intervening night of January 2 and 3, two history sheeters were fatally shot in separate encounters by the Bulandshahr Police of Uttar Pradesh.

According to police, both the deceased were known history sheeters with a reward of Rs 50,000 each on their heads.

Nearly two months ago, the two were charged with looting a bullion shop in broad daylight.

Ashish and Abdul have been named as the two suspects who were slain by the police. In numerous situations, they were sought after.

Abdul Khurja lived in Bhatwara, whilst Ashish lived in Aimanpur hamlet in the Bulandshahr neighbourhood of Dehat Kotwali.

Police encircled the two criminals in various parts of police stations after receiving a tip. The criminals started fire on the cops, who then returned fire after realising they were being surrounded by them.

Abdul was shot dead in the Pahasu area of Bulandshahr while Ashish was killed in Bulandshahr Nagar, said Shlok Kumar, the Senior Superintendent of police.

However, Ashish’s and Abdul’s bullets also caused injuries to two police officers, Parvez Chaudhary and Constable Virender Singh, while Sitam Singh was struck by an Ashish bullet.

The SSP has labelled these claims false and asserted that all of the action was done in accordance with the law, despite the fact that the family of murdered miscreant Ashish has expressed concerns over the occurrence.

The policemen’s bulletproof vests, according to SSP Kumar, were also struck by a number of bullets. Three police officers were hurt in all, and they’re all getting medical attention right now.
