The Income Tax has raided on the several premises in UP linked with SP National General Secretary Azam Khan’s Al Jauhar Trust. Raids are conducted early in this morning in Rampur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Saharanpur, Sitapur, Lucknow, MP etc.
Al Jauhar Trust is on target of IT. In Rampur, there is big raid on the financial value of the property of trust and Jauhar Ali University which was estimated to be low but the income tax’s estimation is high.
Along with the Income Tax team, experts have also been appointed to assess the value of the property. According to sources, this raid will last for two days. All 11 trustees of Azam Khan’s Maulana Ali Johar Trust were raided.

Apart from these, raids were also conducted on MLA Naseer Khan, Ekta Kaushik in Ghaziabad, Abdullah’s friend Anwar and Salim’s Rampur hideout. Earlier Rampur MLA Akash Saxena had complained to the Income Tax Department in 2019. It was alleged that the people who donated Rs 60 crore never paid income tax themselves.
The Income Tax raid is underway at Samajwadi Party leader Azam Khan’s Al Jauhar Trust’s premises in Lucknow, Rampur, Meerut, Ghaziabad, Saharanpur and Sitapur.
