Hollywood actor Tom Hiddleston is Loki in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and as the audience knows, he lives the character. In a recent interview with a media house, The Night Manager star was asked which B-Town actor he would like to see as Loki and pat came the reply, “Shah Rukh Khan”.
Hiddleston added that SRK would be great in the role and went on to say that he had watched the Hindi film, Devdas, as well. He said to a TV channel, “I remember it was quite a long time ago now. I remember going to see Devdas. I mean, that’s quite an old film.
I remember going to see that at my local cinema, and it was such an extraordinary experience. I would say I have never seen anything like that. So, yeah, I remember that very much.”
In a video message to Loki fans in India, Hiddleston said, “Namaste to everybody watching in India. I am so, so happy to see all the love for ‘Loki Season 2’ across India – truly some of the greatest fans. Thank you for all the love and support and excitement. I hope you enjoyed watching it as much as I enjoyed making it.”
In 2021 too, Hiddleston had mentioned his admiration for King Khan in a clip when Loki Season 1 dropped and at that time SRK had written on X (formerly Twitter), “You are kind, God of Mischief. Hope there’s no mischief behind this claim though.” SRK was referring to Hiddleston’s MCU character Loki aka the God of Mischief. SRK added, “Lots of love Tom and can’t wait to binge Loki!!! Starting now- Ep 1.”
Loki Season 2 just concluded in October on Disney+Hotstar and fans are eagerly waiting to see Hiddleston on screen
