In a shocking incident, three individuals were injured when they were allegedly attacked by a campervan outside the Thavnala Police Station. The incident occurred after a dispute between the families of both the accused and the victim’s side. Four individuals have been detained in connection with the case.
According to police reports, Shobhadevi, a resident of Dhani Pura, near Kapsan, left her seven-month-old child with her lover and fled. She lodged a complaint with the local police station on August 26, alleging
that she feared for her life and that her in-laws could harm her. Consequently, she appealed to the police for protection.
After filing the complaint, the families of both the accused and the victim’s side gathered outside the police station. As tensions escalated, an altercation broke out, resulting in an attempt by the accused’s relatives to attack Shobhadevi’s husband and her family members. The attackers used a campervan to carry out the assault, injuring three people.
The police promptly intervened, taking control of the situation. A team of officers arrived at the scene and detained four individuals from different locations. The injured victims were taken to the Rajkiya Aspatal Hospital for medical treatment. The police are currently investigating the case for further details.
