The Supreme Court in the case observed and has again criticized for late uploading of the reasoned orders by the High Court.
The bench comprising of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah in the case observed and has stated that it is not completely alien to the system where reasoned orders are sometimes to be delivered later on, but the same does not mean that such period of later-on can be unending.
The Bombay High Court in the case observed and has rejected the revision plea on July 25th 2023. The court in its order stated that the reason will be recorded separately.
It has been contended by the petitioner in the plea that the reasons need to be recorded separately have still not been uploaded, in an SIP filed against the said order.
The court in the case observed that there could be urgency to the parties who are aggrieved by the operative portion of the order which has been uploaded and if the reasons are not available or uploaded, thus, neither of the party is aggrieved nor it has been considered by the said court the correctness of such order can validly challenge the same or test the same respectively.
Further, it has been directed by the said court to the Registrar General of the High Court for filing a status report in this regard.
