The seventh day arrives
Silence lingering all over
A barren day made with clouds collaging
Leaves turning a bright green
Noisy trees, the birds silent
A day to sit and ponder
I try to find out what made me reach here
Going through a long week
Quite a chaotic one with loads of caffeine
Ending gently and happily cathartic
It was hard to get out of bed
As I see through the window
For a change, the sun staring at me
Stirring my morning drug
As I inhale my addiction
Wondering what lies ahead
I want to write you down
Lethargy creeping in, stopping me
Read me otherwise it says
Inspiration flooding in from left, right and down under
My mind racing down in speed
Really!! I have most likely had an overdose of coffee
