The results for the 32 thousand students of the tenth and twelfth classes of the Rajasthan State Open School were announced on Thursday. In the State Open School, 17,778 students were registered for the tenth grade, out of which 15,467 took the exams, and 9,403 passed.
Similarly, in the twelfth grade, a total of 13,650 students appeared for the exams, out of which 8,139 passed. This year, the number of students passing the tenth and twelfth grades has decreased by 7.44% and 12.90%, respectively, compared to last year.
These exams were conducted in December-January for the October-November 2023 session. Dimple Khatik secured the first position in the tenth class this year, and Priyanka Jat secured the first position in the twelfth class.
The Education Minister congratulated all the topper students over the phone and encouraged them to continue their studies. He also congratulated those who passed and urged them to continue studying and overcome any obstacles.
This is to ensure that those who had to leave their studies for various reasons get another chance. Rajasthan’s Open School Board is the largest board in the country in terms of enrollment.
