Niti Ayog has asked all the state governments to send their best schemes of governance. The idea is to encourage the states to set guidelines to produce good outcomes. Currently, several state governments claim that they are implementing welfare schemes with perfection. Besides, numerous state governments sent their models to Niti Ayog. In fact, it has been finalising the schemes in a booklet to propagate the idea in other states. Suddenly, the finalisation work has been stopped as the West Bengal government has not sent any model schemes. State government officials are in the dark about why the schemes are not sent to Niti Ayog.
