Silicon Valley CEO gives Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport Terminal 2 outstanding marks after it got a place in UNESCO’s list of the “World’s Most Beautiful Airports.”

The UNESCO Prix Versailles programme has designated Terminal-2 (T2) of Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) in Bengaluru as one of the “World’s Most Beautiful Airports” and given it the “World Special Prize for an Interior 2023.” A Silicon Valley Chief Executive Officer (CEO) has now praised the airport highly, referring to KIA’s T2 as the “most unique airport.” In an interview with X (formerly Twitter), co-founder and CEO of US home design company Cover, Alexis Rivas, expressed gratitude for the innovative approach taken in the construction of the new Bengaluru airport terminal.

In his tweet, Mr. Rivas said, “I’d love to see more creativity and boldness like this in airport designs. The new terminal 2 at Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru is stunning at night and the most unique airport I’ve been to.” Making a good first impression is greatly enhanced by it.

Architect Alexis Rivas, co-founder of the Los Angeles-based home design business Cover, wrote a post praising the imagination that went into creating Kemepgowda International Airport’s new Terminal 2. He described it as the most distinctive airport he had ever been to. In the comments section, Mr. Rivas continued to express his admiration for the airport terminal. The Silicon Valley CEO contrasted the two airports and stated that he thought Bengaluru’s was significantly better when a user urged him to visit Berlin’s Brandenberg Airport.
