Bollywood diva, Shilpa Shetty leads the role in this matter. She’s fitness freak and as well as foodie too, who never fails to give all of us the motivation for doing workout. In her latest video, Shilpa shared the ‘recipe for abs of steel’ and what we can take from that video is, notes.
In the video, Shilpa was doing exercise that focuses on core strengthening and body balance. Sharing the exact routine, she captioned the video, “Recipe for ABS OF STEEL: 1. a bench for these bodyweight core exercises. 2. Perform each exercise for 45 seconds in a circuit. 3. Rest for 45 seconds & repeat for four rounds.” What else you need for your Monday motivation to start the week? The actress’s fitness is not a joke.
Shetty’s fitness game is no joke. It is a balance of everything, from complex workouts to calming yoga postures. Shilpa recently showcased her fittest form as she executed Prasarita Padottanasana Pratirupam. It is a stretching workout that focuses the hamstrings, calves, glutes, and lower back. It expands and calms the body at the same time. In her recent video, she was seen doing core-driven workout with weights that work the legs and core extensively while strengthening them. The workout video of her is giving us motivation to start our week with full strength.
