The Supreme Court on Tuesday listed a plea to hear on 23 January of Rapido, the bike taxi and auto service provider, against the decision of the Bombay High Court order which ordered the company to stop operations in Maharashtra immediately as it does not have a license to operate bike taxi or rickshaw services. The plea will be heard by a bench consisting of CJI DY Chandrachud.
