Today, a procession of Sai Baba’s palanquin will take place in the city, accompanied by devotees dancing along with the band. On the second day, February 2, a feast will be organised where people from across the city will receive prasad. This event will take place at Moti Park in Bapu Nagar.
The 18th establishment day of Shri Sai Dham will be celebrated with a two-day event starting with the Kakad Aarti and a ceremonial bath on February 1. Shweta Sharma, associated with the event, mentioned that the 18th establishment day celebration of Shri Sai Dham is being celebrated with great enthusiasm this time.
On the first day, a Kakad Aarti and ceremonial bath will be organized at 5 am. Following this, a havan will take place at 9 am. In the afternoon, there will be Madhyahan Aarti, along with an evening bhajan sandhya.
At 5 pm, the Dhoop Aarti will be performed, followed by the procession of Sai Baba’s palanquin at 6 pm, where elephants, horses, and camels will accompany the procession. Floral showers will be arranged at various places, and people will perform arti with lamps at different locations.
The procession will move through various routes of Bapu Nagar. The Shej Aarti will be held at 10 pm. He also mentioned that on February, at 9 am, there will be Paduka Pujan, which will last for two hours. After the midday Aarti, a feast will be organised, and during this time, a Sai Bhakti Sandhya event will also take place.
Sanjeev Sharma mentioned that in the Shobha Yatra, a statue of Lord Ram from Ayodhya’s Ram Mandir will also be placed, which will also accompany the procession through the city. Floral showers and aarti will be performed at various places. On the second day, all devotees will have the opportunity to seek the darshan of Lord Ram.
