Russia has banned 30 British nationals, including prominent cabinet members such as Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, Home Secretary Yvette Cooper, and Chancellor Rachel Reeves. The list also includes military personnel, business leaders, and journalists.
The Russian Foreign Ministry accused the individuals of engaging in “anti-Russian activities” and supporting policies that promote confrontation with Russia. It highlighted Britain’s support for Ukraine and the imposition of sanctions against Moscow as key reasons for the ban.
