Amid heavy snowfall after eight-hour long rescue operation where hundreds of tourist vehicles were stranded at the Atal tunnel under the Rohtang Pass. A joint operation was launched from Keylong, Manali, ATR South Portal, and North Portal which lasted for eight hours. Earlier on Thursday night, the incident was reported.
