After the number of districts in Rajasthan increased from 33 to 53, a peculiar situation emerged organisationally for the ruling party, Congress. Currently, there are only 40 district presidents in Congress. The burden of two or three additional districts has fallen on many district presidents due to not appointing district presidents in the new districts. However, two district presidents are responsible for two and a half districts.

Handling the responsibility of two and a half districts will not be an easy task for any one leader. But this strange game of mathematics has unfolded in Rajasthan. Jaipur district has been divided into three new districts: Jaipur Rural, Dudu, and Kotputli-Behror. Kotputli was previously part of Jaipur Rural, and Behror was part of Alwar. As a result, Jaipur Rural District President Gopal Meena now has the responsibility of the newly created Dudu district. He already has the responsibility of the Kotputli area in the newly created Kotputli-Behror district. This means that Jaipur Rural District President Gopal Meena is now responsible for two and a half districts.

The same situation applies to Alwar District President Yogesh Mishra. Alwar district has been divided into two new districts: Khairthal and Kotputli-Behror. This means that besides Alwar, Mishra now has to handle the responsibility of the newly created Khairthal district. The responsibility of the Behror area, of the Kotputli-Behror district, was already with him. In this way, the burden of two and a half districts has fallen on Alwar District President Mishra.

When it comes to the ticket for the Kotputli district, the related applications go to Jaipur Rural District President Gopal Meena. The same situation applies to the Behror district. People from that area have to send their applications to Alwar District President Yogesh Mishra. Who bears how much burden:
Currently, there are 40 district presidents in the state Congress organization, while the number of districts in Rajasthan has increased to 53. In this regard, it is natural for some district presidents to have the responsibility of two districts.

The problem arises when new districts have been included in the existing ones. For example, the Kotputli-Behror district has been created by merging the areas of two districts. Therefore, in the new scenario, Jaipur Rural District President Gopal Meena has the responsibility of two and a half districts (Jaipur Rural, Dudu, and Kotputli-Behror), and Alwar District President Yogesh Mishra also has the responsibility of two and a half districts (Alwar, Khairthal, and Kotputli-Behror). There are some other district presidents in this list as well, who have the burden of more than one district.
