During an interaction with the media, Amarinder Singh Raja Warring, the President of the Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee commented on the Akali Dal and the Bharatiya Janata Party along with the prospects of both the political parties during the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

Raja Warring underscored – “In light of recent developments and political maneuvers, it has become increasingly evident that the Akali Dal is facing an insurmountable challenge. Regardless of the cards they choose to play, the outcome remains inevitable – they are destined for defeat. The recent results of the Akali Dal during the Vidhan Sabha elections have only served to highlight the precarious state they find themselves in. Their response to the sacrilege incidents, which occurred over 200 times, underscored their inability to regain lost ground. From that point onwards, they have consistently faltered, demonstrating a lack of resonance with the people of Punjab.”

Elaborating further, the PPCC Chief articulated – “The interference of the Akali Dal in the affairs of the SGPC, coupled with their controversial orders, revealed their true political agenda and the nature of the game they intend to play. The successive electoral losses suffered by prominent figures within the party, including Senior Badal, Sukhbir, and Majithia, are indicative of the erosion of trust among the populace. It is our firm belief that this is the beginning of the end of the Akali Dal.”

Responding to queries regarding the Congress’s electoral lineup, he affirmed – “We are prepared to unveil our strategy for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Rest assured, our candidates have been meticulously selected, and their names will soon be made public. Once our cards are revealed, all other parties will find themselves scrambling to keep pace with our momentum. We have ensured every candidate will be loved by the populace of their constituency and they will be employed in actual work rather than the false promises of every other political candidate.”

Reflecting on the BJP’s trajectory, Raja Warring remarked – “Furthermore, it has become increasingly apparent to the electorate that the BJP’s tactics of power misuse, employing agencies such as the ED, CBI, and Income Tax department, have not gone unnoticed. The electorate has begun to recognize the true nature of the BJP’s governance, and their lofty electoral ambitions are destined to fall short, akin to the ‘India Shining’ campaign of yesteryears.”

In conclusion, the Congress Chief affirmed – “As we move forward, we remain steadfast in our commitment to the people of Punjab and to the principles of transparent and accountable governance. The winds of change are upon us, and we are ready to embrace the future with unwavering resolve.
