The Punjab And Haryana High Court winter vacation bench will hear the first Anticipatory Bail Applications to the cases which relates to Life and Liberty, Protection matter of Runaway Couples and any other urgent matter as it may be permitted by Hon’ble the Senior most Vacation Judge through Registry from December 26 to 29 and January 01 to 03.
Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petitions will be entertained from December 23 to January 01.
