Influencer Denies Authenticity, Calls It a Fake Attack

A private video allegedly featuring Pakistani TV host and influencer Mathira Mohammad has been leaked online, adding to the growing list of controversies surrounding Pakistani and international social media personalities. The explicit clips, which show Mathira in a compromising position, have circulated widely on social media. However, the authenticity of the footage remains unverified.

Mathira Responds to Leaked Video

In response to the viral video, Mathira, 32, took to social media to address the issue, claiming that her name and photoshoot pictures are being misused to create fake images and videos. She expressed frustration over the situation, urging people to stop spreading “fake stuff.”

“People are misusing my name and my photoshoot pictures and adding fake stuff in please have shame! Keep me out of this trashy nonsense,” Mathira wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Mathira is a popular figure in Pakistan’s entertainment industry, working as a TV host, model, dancer, singer, and actor. She boasts over two million followers on Instagram and around 59,000 followers on X. Despite the controversy, Mathira has maintained a significant presence in the entertainment and social media world.

Rising Concerns Over Deepfakes and Privacy Breaches

The incident involving Mathira has sparked renewed discussions about the risks of deepfake technology and data privacy breaches. This is not the first time a private video of a Pakistani influencer has gone viral under questionable circumstances. Earlier this week, a video of Pakistani TikTok star Imsha Rehman, which showed her in an intimate position, went viral, drawing significant backlash. Rehman was accused of intentionally leaking the video to gain attention, prompting her to deactivate her social media accounts in response to the negative comments.

The trend of leaked explicit videos has also affected other public figures. Pakistani social media personality Minahil Malik faced similar controversy after a video allegedly featuring her and her boyfriend was shared online. Malik, who denied the authenticity of the video, also deactivated her social media accounts and lodged a complaint with the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA).

In a similar incident, Indonesian e-sports star Lydia Onic became the subject of an explicit video leak on November 15. While it remains unclear if the woman in the video is actually Onic, the leak has raised concerns about online privacy and security for influencers worldwide.

The incidents highlight the growing issue of privacy violations and the challenges faced by influencers and public figures in the age of digital manipulation and social media scrutiny.
