Prabhas and Kriti Sanon starrer Adipurush’s trailer was supposed to be released on May 9. However, in a shocking turn of events’ it was leaked online. For those unaware, the makers held a special screening of the trailer in Hyderabad. Soon after the event, the trailer surfaced on social media platforms. Now, the team has been taking measures to take down the leaked videos.
Following this, fans were extremely disappointed and urged those who are sharing the clips of the trailer on Twitter to take them down. One of the Twitter users wrote, “Thanks to all darling fans and #Adipurush team who helped curtail the leaked video. A big big Thank you. Now we wait for the proper launch Today afternoon #JaiShriRam #AdipurushTrailer.” Another user wrote, “#Adipurush trailer : 3 minutes 22 seconds. Decent trailer which starts with the sita’s kidnap scene and then the series of events till the final fight with ravana. VFX better than teaser.”
The film is a mythological drama based on the epic Ramayana. It stars Prabhas as Lord Rama, Kriti Sanon as Sita, and Sunny Singh as Lakshman. In Om Raut’s directorial, Saif Ali Khan will be seen essaying the role of Ravan. It is gearing up for a grand release on June 16 in multiple languages. Earlier, it was postponed due to criticism over the visual effects and computer graphics.
