In a case of the alleged submission of forged documents for his wife Hamleen’s visa extension, Mumbai police booked Faraz Malik, son of former minister and Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Nawab Malik on Wednesday. Under the Foreigners Act 1946, a case has been filed against Faraz Mailk and his wife. However, the fake documents were allegedly submitted by Malik’s son between 2 March and 23 June 2022.
