Karnataka gets ready for Prime Minister Modi’s two-day roadshow over the weekend as rallies and roadshows continue before the last day of campaigning. On the other hand, with PM Modi’s two-day big roadshow in the state capital over the weekend, the BJP is hoping to make one last push before the final day for campaigning.
In less than a week, Karnataka will go to the polls. All major political parties are active with campaigns, rallies, and roadshows, and well-known figures like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress woman Priyanka Gandhi are travelling the state.
PM Modi on Friday tossed back corruption charges levelled against the BJP and said, “Congress is a party that takes 85 per cent commission. The double-engine government under the leadership of Yeddyurappa ji and Bommai ji got a chance to serve for only three and a half years.”
