The inaugural National Training Conclave took place at Delhi’s Pragati Maidan on Sunday, with the honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurating the event.Participants from various civil service training programs across the country attended the Conclave. Organized by the Capacity Building Commission, the Conclave aimed to foster collaboration among civil service training institutions and strengthen the nationwide training infrastructure for government employees.

The conclave was attended by more than 1500 representatives from training institutions, including Central Training Institutes, State Administrative Training Institutes, Regional and Zonal Training Institutes, and Research Institutes.According to an official statement, specialists from the private sector and civil servants from state, local, and central government departments also participated in the discussions.

“This diverse gathering will foster the exchange of ideas, identify the challenges being faced and opportunities available, and generate actionable solutions and comprehensive strategies for capacity building,” the statement read.The conclave included eight-panel discussions, each focusing on key concerns pertinent to Civil services training institutes such as faculty development, training impact assessment and content digitisation, among others.
