The two-day 36th Spring Fest-2024 organized by Haryana Urban Development Authority concluded on Sunday at the Town Park located in Sector-5. On this occasion, Ambala Divisional Commissioner Renu S Phulia participated as the chief guest, and all the participants who secured the first, second, and third positions in various disciplines were honored with trophies. PGI Chandigarh was declared the overall winner. Phulia honored the team of PGI Chandigarh by giving them a trophy.

On this occasion, Renu S Phulia visited the Town Park and observed the paintings made by the painters in the park. He said that Spring Fest is a commendable initiative of Haryana Urban Development Authority. He mentioned that in his 35 years of service, he had the opportunity to work in Haryana Urban Development Authority for 11 years. He also initiated this program in Karnal and Hisar. As a result, this spring festival is now celebrated with great enthusiasm in many districts of the state.

Phulia expressed his happiness that despite the rain today, thousands of people enjoyed the Spring Fest. Nature was also kind to this program, and the raindrops enhanced the overall experience. He congratulated all the schools and school children participating in the program.

On this occasion, Haryana Urban Development Authority Panchkula Administrator Varsha Khangwal, Chief Engineer Sanjeev Chopra, Superintendent Engineer Civil Rajeev Sharma, Superintendent Engineer Horticulture Ashok Kumar Rana, Executive Engineers NK Payal and Rohtash Singh Hooda, Manager Cactus Garden Dr. Nidhi Bhardwaj, SDO Dinesh Kumar, and Balwant Arora, along with other officers, were present.
