Congress’ former president Rahul Gandhi’s tractor rally programme against agriculture laws across Punjab has been rescheduled. According to CM’s media advisor Raveen Thukral, now Rahul will lead the tractor rallies from 4 October to 6 October. Earlier, the programme was from 3 October to 5 October.
The tractor rallies are scheduled at around 11 a.m. on each of the three days. According to the new programme, the protest rally will take place on 4 October in Moga and Ludhiana districts. On 5 October, it will be in Sangrur and Patiala districts.
On 6 October, the protest will begin from Dudhan Sadhan (District Patiala) with a public meeting, and the tractors will then travel 10 km to Pehowa Border, from where Team Rahul is scheduled to enter Haryana, for a series of programmes there.
