A major fire broke out in a building in the Shahberi area of Greater Noida on Saturday.
Meanwhile, 12 fire tenders have been doused and so far no casualties have been reported.
Talking about the incident, Joint Commissioner of Police Ravi Shankar Chhabi said, in the basement of the building, the fire broke out, after which the Additional Commissioner of Law and Order arrived.
Moreover, two dozen people from the building were rescued by the police and fire officials.
However, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
