Home Minister Amit Shah categorically stated during his visit to Arunachal Pradesh that no one can question “India’s territorial integrity” amid border tension with China.

China did not support Amit Shah’s visit to Arunachal Pradesh but rather alleged it as a violation of Beijing’s territorial sovereignty, as per the Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson.

The Home Minister launched the “Vibrant Villages Programme” at Kibithoo, Arunachal Pradesh’s border village and the easternmost location in India,

“Before 2014, the entire Northeast region was regarded as a troubled zone, but in the previous nine years, thanks to Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Look East’ policy, the Northeast is now thought of as an area that helps the development of the country,” Amit Shah said.

He praised the army and the border police. “Now that our army and ITBP jawans are keeping eyes on our borders day and night, the entire nation sleep soundly in their homes.” “We can now confidently assert that no one has the ability to cast an evil eye on us.”

China “renamed” a few locations in Arunachal Pradesh last week that it claims are in its possession.
