Though, the state continues to witness a decreasing death toll for the last few days. Rajeev Arora, ACS Health & Home, said that the health department of Haryana is happy to announce that no causality has been reported on account of COVID-19 today. This is after 4 months and 12 days or after 135 days, and the last such day was 6th June.

While it is heartening yet there is no room for complacency and the health department will remain fully alert till there is a lasting solution to the COVID 19 infection. It is pertinent to mention that as many as 1,50,033 corona cases have been reported so far in the state and out of these, 1,38,351 patients got recovered.

Thus, 92.21 percent of patients succeeded in defeating the disease which is a positive indicator. Apart from this, a total of 1448 patients lost their lives. It is worth mentioning that after a long time per day the number of corona patients was below 1000. Gurugram and Faridabad top the list with 25,403 and 25,402 patients respectively, followed by Sonipat and Ambala with 9307 and 8701 patients respectively.

Karnal is in fifth position. It is also worth mentioning that the districts falling in NCR region have been affected adversely by the disease.
