In the powerplay encounter against Papua New Guinea (PNG), Nepal achieved early breakthroughs, claiming two wickets.

Having elected to bat after losing the toss, Nepal compiled a formidable total of 198 runs, losing six wickets, against Papua New Guinea (PNG).

The initial wicket for Nepal was taken by Pratish GC, securing an early breakthrough. Additionally, PNG’s second wicket was lost when Sese Bau was run out after scoring 21 runs.

Moreover, PNG’s opening batsman Tony Ura contributed 13 runs before being dismissed.

At present, Assad Vala and Hiri Hiri are working to establish a partnership, accumulating three and 18 runs, respectively.

During the powerplay, PNG managed to score 57 runs while losing two wickets.
