The National Testing Agency (NTA) declared the results for the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) 2024 Entrance Examination on Thursday. The examination comprised Stage I, which included the General Ability Test (GAT) and/or Creative Ability Test (CAT), held on February 5, and Stage II, consisting of interviews, conducted from April 1 to 6.

According to an official release from the NTA, the NIFT 2024 Entrance Examination was organized for various Bachelor’s and Master’s Programs. Stage I took place on February 5, 2024, across 72 centers in 60 cities. For candidates shortlisted in Stage I for Master’s Programs, Stage II interviews were held in New Delhi from April 1 to 6.

The NTA has now made the scorecards available for Master’s Programs (M.Des., M.F. Tech., M.F.M.) on their website https://exams.nta.ac.in/NIFT/. Candidates can log in to view, download, or print their respective scorecards. The final weighted marks obtained by candidates were determined based on the weights of different tests applicable to their applied courses.

Furthermore, the release mentions that scorecards for candidates applying to Bachelor’s Programs will be released by May 13, 2024. The responsibility of the NTA is limited to conducting the entrance test, finalizing answer keys, and processing and declaring shortlisting status. The release emphasizes that candidates’ provisional status is subject to verification by NIFT in the subsequent admission process.

Any further admission-related procedures will be managed by NIFT authorities, and candidates are advised to contact NIFT for queries regarding seat allocation and other admission-related matters.
