American Bar Association (ABA) International Law Section organised ABA India conference in Delhi on Sunday. In a first, law makers also participated in the conference. They spoke on the topic of Law, Economic Development and Governance Role and Responsibilities of Indian Parliament. Among those who spoke were Kartikeya Sharma, MP (Rajya Sabha – Independent), Dr. Amee Yajnik, MP representing Congress party, Dr. Sasmit Patra, MP, Rajya Sabha representing Biju Janta Dal, Dr. Kanimozhi NVN Somu, MP, Rajya Sabha, representing the DMK. The session was moderated by Tarun Nangia, Consulting Editor of ITV Group.
