Recently elected as a Rajya Sabha member from West Bengal, Saket Gokhale was incarcerated in Gujarat due to a controversial tweet. Despite being a Maratha, Gokhale has chosen to embrace his Bengal identity by printing visiting cards in Bengali and expressing an affinity for Bengali cuisine. Currently residing in Banga Bhavan, he invites friends over for Bengali lunches and is taking steps to learn the Bengali language, seeking guidance from fellow Bengal MPs.
