In line with the efforts and opportunities introduced by the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Maan to generate employment in the government sector, MLA Mohali Kulwant Singh issued appointment letters today to seven recently hired Aganwadi workers and Anganwadi helpers. These appointments were made by the Department of Social Security, Women and Child Development, Punjab.

After disbursing the appointment letters at his Mohali office, he highlighted that the government of Punjab, under Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, is conducting recruitment drives in the state based on merit and transparency. This approach ensures that only competent, deserving, and needy candidates secure employment. He further noted that the Chief Minister has issued appointment letters to over 38,000 youths across various government departments, marking a significant accomplishment within the government’s initial tenure.

MLA Kulwant Singh extended congratulations to the newly appointed Anganwari helpers and Anganwadi workers, urging them to work with honesty and diligence to ensure the effective implementation of public welfare schemes, reaching those who truly need and qualify for the benefits.

Present at the event were Gagandeep Singh, District Program Officer, SAS Nagar, Mrs. Gursimran Kaur CDPO Block Kharar-2, and all block supervisors.
