In a collaborative effort between the Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Range, Chandigarh, and the Municipal Corporation Chandigarh (MCC), an informative seminar on Income Tax-TDS/TCS awareness was conducted. The event, which included an introduction to new provisions, took place at the conference hall on the 6th floor of the MCC building in Sector 17, Chandigarh.
Surindera Meena, the Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, TDS Range, Chandigarh, took the lead in addressing the seminar. The event saw the participation of key figures such as Gurinder Sodhi, Joint Commissioner, as well as various Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs), and officers/officials responsible for TDS/TCS in MCC. Notable attendees also included Depinder Kaur, Deputy Commissioner, IT, and Smt. Saroj Bala, Income Tax Officer.
