Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg arrived in Jamnagar for the three-day pre-wedding celebrations of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, accompanied by his wife Priscilla Chan. They were warmly welcomed at the airport with white garlands and a traditional dance performance.
Anant Ambani, the youngest son of Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani, is set to marry Radhika Merchant, daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, later this year. The pre-wedding celebrations have attracted a host of guests, including pop sensation Rihanna, superstar Shah Rukh Khan, American singer and songwriter J Brown, and multi-instrumentalist Adam Blackstone.
As part of the pre-wedding festivities, the Ambani family organized ‘anna seva’ in Jogwad village near Reliance Township. Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani, and other family members, including Radhika Merchant, served traditional Gujarati food to villagers, continuing their tradition of sharing food on auspicious occasions.
The pre-wedding functions are expected to be traditional and grand, offering guests an experience of Indian culture. The guest list includes prominent figures such as former Prime Ministers, CEOs, and business leaders from around the world.
