Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia, who has been serving jail term for excise policy violations, today wrote a letter from jail addressing the people of the nation and alleging that the lack of education of PM Modi is ‘dangerous’ for the country.

The Delhi CM, Minister Arvind Kejriwal, has supported his verdict, attacking the PM regarding his college degrees. The Gujarat High Court recently fined Kejriwal Rs 25,000 for asking details of his graduation and post-graduation degrees via Right to Information (RTI).

Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal tweeted on Sisodia’s letter that “Today’s youth is aspirational, they want to achieve something, and they are looking for opportunities.” They want to win over the world. They want to do wonders in science and technology. “Does a less educated PM have the capacity to fulfil the aspirations of today’s youth?” Mr Sisodia asked in the letter.

Sisodia went on to say that science and technology are part of our daily lives, and the world always likes to talk about artificial intelligence. It is really disheartening that the Prime Minister said that we can make tea or food from dirty gas by inserting a pipe in a dirty drain. Can we cook food with the dirty gas from a drain?

It astonished me that the PM said that radar can’t detect an aircraft flying behind clouds.

He went on to say that 60,000 schools had been closed in recent years, which makes it clear that education has not been given weightage in the present government regime. “If we are not able to provide quality education to our children, can the country progress?” “Impossible,” he added.
