The Khadki police have reported a man for stalking three young girls. The man is also accused of showing the three girls pornographic videos. The man, according to police, is presently evading capture, but they aim to do so soon.
According to the police, the man is a Wakdewadi resident who is accused of stalking three little girls, all of whom are 10 years old. Additionally, it was claimed in the lawsuit that while they were having fun in the Range Hill neighbourhood, the man showed them pornographic video clips.
The father of one of the girls filed a complaint against the individual, reporting to the police that the man had reportedly followed the girls on August 31 and again on Sunday. In addition, he said that the man had shown the girls pornographic videos on his mobile phone, according to the reports.
In response to the complaint, police have filed a case against the guy under the Indian Penal Code’s (IPC’s) Sections 354-A (sexual harassment) and 354-D (stalking) as well as the POCSO Act’s (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses) provisions.
According to the police, on August 31, the man followed the girls from their home to the park where they went to play. He joined them on the park bench and started playing the pornographic videos for them. The girls notified their families about this. Then, on Sunday, the same man returned to the park on a motorcycle, and then the girls informed their parents of the incident.
The man was chased down by the complainant and several of the neighbours in the park, but he managed to get away while still leaving his motorcycle behind. The motorcycle was taken, and the police were notified. The police were able to find the man’s home using the motorcycle number, but when they went to question him there, he wasn’t there.
The police said they were looking for the man and planned to make an arrest soon.
