The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has decided that Mohan Yadav, an active member of the Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly representing the Ujjain Dakshin constituency in Ujjain district, will take over as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister following a crucial legislature party meeting. Along with Yadav, Rajendra Shukla, the BJP’s MLA from Rewa, and former Madhya Pradesh minister Jagdish Deora have been named as the state’s deputy chief ministers.

In addition, BJP stalwart and former Agricultural Minister Narendra Singh Tomar is set to take over as Speaker of the Madhya Pradesh Assembly. This decision was made during the BJP’s legislative meeting on Monday, which outlined key positions within the structure of the state government.

In parallel news, the BJP recently announced Vishnu Deo Sai as the Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh. Sai’s appointment marks a historic moment as he becomes the first tribal Chief Minister of the state after former CM Amit Jogi.
