NEW DELHI : More than 2.32 lakh cases were tried in Lok Adalats organised in all district court complexes, Delhi High Court and tribunals here on Saturday as part of the second National Lok Adalat of 2023, the Delhi State Legal Services Authority said. Mukesh Kumar Gupta, Member Secretary, DSLSA, stated that cases such as cheque bounce, civil cases, motor accident claim tribunal matters, bank recovery, matrimonial disputes (except divorce cases), land acquisition and those involving labour disputes were taken up for disposal. Compoundable traffic challans were also taken up for disposal, he said.
