The AR Murugadoss-helmed biggie marks Bhai’s first collaboration with ‘Kodava Beauty’. And, needless to say, fans are eager to watch this fresh pair on the big screen. Interestingly, Salman-Rashmika is not the only fresh jodi to look forward to in the near future. Here is a look at some new combinations set to woo the audience.

Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor (Devara)

Janhvi is set to make her Telugu debut with ‘Devara’, which features her as the leading lady opposite Jr NTR. Going by the posters released so far, she will be seen in a traditional look in the action drama. Similarly, Tarak will be seen as a violent man of the masses in the flick. ‘Devara’ is directed by Koratala Siva and marks his second collaboration with Jr NTR after ‘Janatha Garage’. It is set to hit screens this October.

Vicky Kaushal and Rashmika Mandanna (Chhava)

Rashmika Mandanna will be seen with Vicky Kaushal in the period drama ‘Chhava’, which chronicles the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar, best known for directing ‘Luka Chuppi’. The ‘Goodbye’ actor has already wrapped up her portions for the film.

Prabhas and Deepika Padukone (Kalki 2898 AD)

Prabhas and Deepika Padukone will be seen together for the first time in ‘Kalki 2898 AD’, the biggest film of the year. The pan-India sci-fi drama centres on the conflict between ‘light’ and ‘darkness’. Its cast includes Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan, and Disha Patani. It is directed by Nag Ashwin, who rose to fame with ‘Mahanati’. ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ is set to open in threatres on June 27.

Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde (Deva)

Shahid Kapoor, who impressed fans with his performance in ‘Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya’, will be seen alongside Pooja Hegde in ‘Deva’ The film centres on the adventures of a rebellious cop who lands in a dangerous situation while investigating a high-profile case. The actioner is directed by Rosshan Andrrews and marks his Bollywood debut. ‘Deva’ is slated to open in theatres on October 11.

Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh (Baby John)

National Award winner Keerthy Suresh is set to make her Bollywood debut with the Varun Dhawan-led ‘Baby John’. The film., a remake of ‘Theri’, features the Bollywood heartthrob in a mass new avatar. ‘Baby John’ is directed by Kalees and is expected to hit screens sometime in June or July.
